English controls if a translation differs. These terms cover the Axagen website and paid work after a written scope is approved.

1. Who we are

Axagen is operated by Janek Zarin. Contact: axagen.co@gmail.com. The governing law is the law of the Republic of Estonia.

2. The website

The site is provided as it stands. Links to YouTube, VK Video, Telegram, Skool, Noros, and other services leave Axagen and follow those services’ own terms. The site may be shown in English, Russian, or Estonian.

3. Consultation

The consultation is free. It does not create a duty to build anything. We may say that a system is not worth building.

4. Scope and price

Nothing is built until you approve a written scope. Any price discussed on a call or shown as a starting point is only a starting point. The fee for your system is the number in the scope you approve. Care is optional and can be cancelled in any month.

5. What you own

After the fee for that project is paid, you own the delivered system as described in the scope. Tool bills stay in your name. We do not sell unsupervised outbound messages. We do not promise revenue.

6. Ads

Paid advertising is not part of the Axagen offer unless a written scope says otherwise. Noros is a separate ad agency.

7. Liability

Except where Estonian law forbids a limit, liability for a project is capped at the fees paid for that project.

8. Changes

If these terms change, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date. An approved written scope for a project stays the agreement for that project.
