Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing or using any service from AXAGEN ("we", "us", "Janek Zarin"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with a purchase. These terms apply to all services including the Super Deal, Growth Package, Full Automation, and Agency plans.

2. Services

AXAGEN provides AI-powered social media automation services. This includes building automated systems that publish your content across social media platforms on your behalf.

The exact scope of work is agreed upon at the time of purchase or during onboarding. We will not perform tasks outside the agreed scope without a separate agreement.

3. Payment

• • The Super Deal is a one-time payment of $100. There are no recurring fees to AXAGEN.
• • Monthly plans (Growth, Full Automation, Agency) are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days notice.
• • All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your card details.
• • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Currency conversion is handled by your bank or card provider.
• • After payment you will be responsible for any third-party tool costs (e.g. Make.com, AI APIs) — typically $2–20/mo.

4. Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied. If setup has not yet begun, you are entitled to a full refund within 48 hours of payment — just email hello@axagen.co.

Once setup work has begun, refunds are not available as significant time and resources have been invested. If you are unhappy with the result, contact us and we will work to resolve it.

5. Your Responsibilities

• • You must provide accurate information about your business during onboarding.
• • You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to all content you provide for automation.
• • You must not use our services to post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• • You are responsible for maintaining access to your social media accounts and any third-party tools.
• • You agree to cooperate with the onboarding process — including a setup call if required.

6. Ownership

All automation workflows, systems, and setups built for you are yours. Upon completion and full payment, you receive full access and ownership of everything built. AXAGEN retains no ongoing rights to your workflows after delivery.

7. Results Disclaimer

We build and deliver automation systems as described. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes such as follower growth, sales, or revenue increases — these depend on many factors outside our control including your content quality, market, and audience. Case studies shown on our website represent real client results but are not guarantees of future performance.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Our services depend on third-party platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Make.com, etc.). We are not responsible for changes, outages, or policy updates by these platforms that may affect your automation. If a platform changes its API or terms and breaks your automation, we will work to fix it — but this may require additional setup time.

9. Confidentiality

We treat all information you share with us — business details, content, account access — as confidential. We will not share it with third parties except as required to deliver the service (e.g. connecting to Make.com).

10. Limitation of Liability

AXAGEN's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, EU. Any disputes will be resolved under Estonian jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects any changes. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.
