4. AI & Automation Tools

To deliver your service, we use third-party automation platforms (such as Make.com) and AI providers. Your content may pass through these platforms solely to execute the automation you have purchased. All platforms we use are GDPR-compliant and operate under their own privacy policies.

We do not use your content to train AI models, and your data is never shared beyond what is necessary to run your automation.

5. Social Media Platform Access

To automate your social media accounts, you will grant us access credentials or connect accounts through official platform APIs (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.). This access is used exclusively to post content on your behalf. You can revoke access at any time through each platform's settings. We store access tokens securely and never post anything without your prior approval of the system setup.

If you are not comfortable sharing credentials directly, that is completely fine — Janek can walk you through exactly where to click and what to connect via a short call or screen share. Nothing requires handing over passwords; most platforms use secure app connections. You stay in full control at every step.

6. Data Retention

We retain your contact information for as long as you are a client or have an open inquiry. If you request deletion of your data, we will remove it within 30 days. Email us at hello@axagen.co.

7. Cookies

Our website may use minimal cookies for basic functionality (e.g., remembering form state). We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. No cookie consent banner is required as we do not profile visitors.
