1. Who we are

Axagen is operated by Janek Zarin. The controller is in the Republic of Estonia. For privacy questions, write to axagen.co@gmail.com.

2. What we collect

If you request a call, the form asks for your name, work email, the business, and a short note on where time goes. We use that to reply and to decide whether a system is worth building.

We do not ask you to create an account. We do not add you to a newsletter.

The site loads type from Google Fonts and video images from YouTube. Those services receive the technical data their own systems normally receive when your browser requests the file. We do not run our own analytics product on this site.

3. How a request is delivered

The form is sent through FormSubmit to axagen.co@gmail.com. FormSubmit processes the submission so it can arrive in that inbox. We keep the message so we can answer it and, if you hire us, so we can scope the work.

4. Why we use it

We use the details to answer you, book the consultation, prepare a written scope and price, deliver a system you have approved, and keep the records a business in Estonia is required to keep. We do not sell personal information.

5. Who else sees it

The people who operate Axagen see consultation requests. FormSubmit sees them in order to deliver the email. Google and YouTube see the requests their files generate. If the law requires a disclosure, or if we need a professional adviser on a real matter, we share only what that requires.

6. How long we keep it

A consultation that does not become a project is kept only as long as we need it to reply and to handle any follow-up. Project records are kept for the life of the work and for the period Estonian law requires for business records. You can ask us to delete a consultation request that we no longer need.

7. Your rights

If data protection law applies to you, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the personal data we hold, and you can object to a use that is not required to answer you or to perform a contract. Write to axagen.co@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).

8. Security

We use ordinary care with the inbox and the form. No email path is perfectly secure. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers, or other secrets through the consultation form.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
